Tying the contrasting styles together is the clever use of similar colour schemes and finishes on all.

The 2 brothers occupying this house wanted quite unique features, such as a large cinema room, passenger lift and an indoor teriyaki /braai/bar area with smokers lounge.
The exterior façade also portrays their unique, refined industrial taste, something you don’t see every day.

A contemporary residence where classic design is combined with bold, simple forms to create a contemporary interpretation with slick and sophisticated taste.
This also in turn creates a magical experience.

These Modern farmstyle extensions and renovations to an existing farmhouse is a new fresh take on the old Gambrel roof design,
so common in historic American and Dutch Barn style architecture.
Contemporary finishes complete the new updated picture and sets the building up for another 50 years of Farmstyle living.

This house features open-plan living spaces that extend onto an expansive covered terrace with a pool and front garden.
The northern façade is the main feature of the house, and therefore give architectural focal points and experiential moments for the visitor to enjoy upon arrival.
