House Xanadu 2

This modern contemporary style is one of our favourites. Monopitch roofs with exposed trusses lets extra light in through top lights.
A beautiful blend of timber finishes and large openings, lets indoor & outdoor blend into one.

House Shetland

The American Farmstyle character of the house was kept with this large home extension. Due to the style, the house was disconnected to the outside, which is a shame, given it is standing on such a large plot.
This was corrected, along with other flow and aesthetic flaws made during its creation.

House Wilton

The clients, a retired couple, wanted modern simplicity for their forever Home. Neutral warm colours were used on the exterior, accentuating this classic contemporary Home. This style is also the popular choice for the area it is in, and therefore the building is blending well into its surroundings.

Royal Marang

The brief from this well-known Hotel in Rustenburg, was that they wanted to revamp one of their dormant soccer fields, and create safe, child friendly outdoor facilities for families to come and enjoy. Go-cart tracks; open air chess; tenpin bowling; putt-putt and pools to name a few of these facilities, were incorporated in beautiful garden settings. Even the snooker and video game facilities were created in spaces were kids have connections to the outdoors. And while kids enjoy the outdoors in plain sight, the parents can relax in the restaurant/bar or coffee shops, overlooking all.

House Monterey

Bishopscourt is known for its classical, tastefully designed homes, and this Home is no different. The house not just went from single to double storey, but also from outdated and uninspiring to modern and superior. Warm finishes and textures make this Retirement Home a comfortable sanctuary .

Martie Du Plessis Squash Courts

The school’s brief was a modern facility which can blend into its school surroundings and cater for all the kids’ special needs. It needs to be a calm, inviting and playful environment that will attract all students to join in and play squash as well as interact. We think the end product speaks for itself.

House Xanadu

The original house lacked the indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The entrance door was hidden and did not have a sense of arrival. The Architectural style was outdated.
This and many other mistakes and inadequacies were corrected in this large Home renovation and extension.

Rehoboth

The client wanted a medium cost; low-maintenance building for student accommodation, which could also easily be used for 3bedroom apartments, if the need changes.
A fresh, modern industrial style was chosen to satisfy this need.

House Hamilton

This young family had a clear vision for their future Family home.
A Sleek, modern design with a pool courtyard, where the parents can entertain.
A separate courtyard and playroom for sports and kids entertainment,
and yet another rooftop area for the family to enjoy putt-putt together.
The gym also overlooks its own rooftop garden,
making this home the epitome of indoor/outdoor living.

House One

Elegant sophistication were keywords when it came to designing this home.
Many walls of the old home could be re-used but the design completely changed.
The house was also converted from single to double storey, maximizing the Sandton skyline views.
