This young family wanted a trendy, simplistic and timeless style.
Mono pitch roofs are not just pleasing on the eye, but easy to construct.
Many walls of the old home were saved and re-used and
the house was also converted from single to double storey.

House Egret

Farmstyle with a certain roof type is the requested style in the Blue Hille Estate.
The internal space planning gives this large family each their own space as well as communal family time.
This house also fits in beautifully with its surroundings with many balcony and indoor/outdoor areas enveloping this
large plot so that there is plenty room for one to breathe.

House Flamboyant

This ultra-modern style with large glass apertures and cantilevered concrete spans is juxtaposed
with softer and feminine screens and marble finishes.
The U-shape facing the garden completely opens itself up to outdoor living on a whole new level.
The name does the House justice, with its flamboyant and almost show-off entrance.

Khwezi Student apartments

The client wanted aesthetically pleasing, yet cost effective shared facilities for students.
This comprises of a large kitchen; dining; lounge/braai and outdoor areas; study and relaxation areas where they can play pool or video games.
Each bedroom houses 2 students and each bedroom has an En-suite, kitchenette and private patio or balcony area.

Le Grand Lubumbashi

This boutique hotel boasts all the luxuries one can dream of, indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar, conference facilities, gym, spa, pool, roof garden patios, etc.
With finishes and colour schemes, representative of the area the building inhabits; the concept was to create great interest and a feast for the eye.
A variety of rooms are also on offer, from the normal Suites, to Luxury and Excutive suites, with all the luxuries one can think of.
Indeed aimed to be the grandest hotel in Lubumbashi.

House Bryntirrold

There where many strong architectural forms in the existing structure, which the client wished to keep, which made the task of modernizing this interesting house even more difficult.

The internal layout was also converted into open plan, bringing the garden into the home and vice versa, while creating an entertainer’s dream.

A new elevated roof design completed the new modern look , bringing in essential light to the otherwise dark and gloomy rooms.

House Bergendal

The house was designed with the client in mind- and elderly couple who wants to scale down to the simple life, by blending into the country side and being self-sufficient.

Contemporary Farmstyle was the obvious style choice for this laidback yet stylish lifestyle.

House Eighteen

Space was of the essence in this project, and pushing each square to the maximum was paramount.

Little pockets of exterior zones, linking with the interior, were created where possible, in order to create a feeling of space and luxury.

The interior was opened up and reshuffled to allow for a more practical modern home and for maximum sunlight to flood the home.

House Aurora

The brief here, was modern Farm style and the use of a variety of finishes to create an interesting, unified product that is a feast to the eyes. The property and house was also divided into three, to create a house and 2 separate cottages for extra income. Designed the right way, with privacy for all as one of the aspects to achieve, it has become a dream investment for the client.

House Eldo

This meridian design was tailor made for a couple wanting to scale down. The compact house meant a clever use of high volumes with high ceilings , large sloping roofs and top lights , in order to create a feeling of light and space. Warm colour tones bring it down to earth again, creating a warm homely house.
