This new Farmhouse simply doesn’t look like the norm, with the more industrial , rugged nuances, its almost is a reflection of the harsh landscape it inhabits . The concept for the spatial flow, was for the house to become and envelop a single decked courtyard or gathering space (the old ‘stoep’), looking out onto the fields. -All a farmer would ever need.
